Thank you to everyone who supports us through Easyfundraising

We have received more than £600 through easy fundraising so far – that’s money that didn’t cost you a penny. Before you do your Christmas shopping why not sign up so that the shops give us a cash donation too. All you need to do is sign up to support Nick Webber Trust, and then go to the easyfundraising website before you buy something on John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, ASUS, Argos, Notonthehighstreet and hundreds more stores.

Iphone and Ipad users can even download a reminder app that will give you an alert when you are on a website where a donation is available to make it even easier!

Help even more Malawian young women achieve their potential next year

This Christmas we are again offering you the chance to ‘gift’ reusable period packs for a young woman to stay in Malawi. We really can’t overstate how popular this simple gift is with the young women who receive them – or the impact they are having. Last year, with your help, we were able to give packs to 625 young women at 6 schools.

We know we have done it before, but it really is hard to find a better gift. Headteachers of schools whose female students have received them, tell us how much attendance (and grades) have improved. And the young women who have received them tell us they are life-changing – “my grades are up because I’m no longer missing school”, and “I feel so much more confident now”.

Help us provide this gift to more young women next year. Your gift of £12 will buy a female school student 5 reusable sanitary pads, 4 bars of soap, a tub to wash them in, a sealable bag to store them in, and 3 pairs of underwear.

You can ‘buy a pack’ through justgiving.com and download a gift certificate to put under the tree.
